$9 • High West American Prairie Reserve whiskey

"That's my new favorite," Whiskey Street Cocktails & Dining owner Jason LeCates says about this drink. If you want your whiskey shot chilled, try it "on the rock." Although drinkers don't usually see the process, it's a treat to witness the $800 gold-colored ice press slowly turn a paper cup of frozen water into beautiful ball of shimmering ice. High West's American Prairie Reserve is smooth going down and worth savoring every sip as that fun little ball of ice spins around in your glass.
