$15 • The Olympus

For its seasonal ice lounge, mixologists at the Waldorf Astoria in Park City have created six signature cocktails, each one named for a Utah mountain. The Olympus is the titan among the group, made with premium 10 Cane rum, blueberries and basil and topped with the historic French Champagne from Veuve Clicquot.
