Tower of Power celebrates 45 years

Tower of Power celebrated its 45th anniversary in August.

The 10-member soul, funk and jazz band from Oakland, Calif., famous for the Top 40 hits "So Very Hard to Go," "You're Still a Young Man" and "Don't Change Horses (in the Middle of the Stream)" still tours the U.S., Europe and Japan regularly and will stop in Park City for a four-night stand at the Egyptian Theatre this week.

Tower of Power will perform at the Egyptian Theatre, 328 Main St. in Park City, Thursday through Saturday, Nov. 14-16, at 8 p.m., and Sunday, Nov. 17, at 6 p.m. Tickets range from $39 to $70 and are available by visiting http://www.parkcityshows.com.
