German Day of Remembrance » This event, held every year in Utah since 1977, honors the memory of German POWs who died in Utah. One of the speakers Sunday will be President Dieter F. Uchtdorf, a fighter pilot in the postwar German Air Force and second counselor in the LDS Church's governing First Presidency.
