$10 • Tejano smoked beef brisket tacos

There are few options in the Park City area that can match Billy Blanco's combination of affordability, quality cuisine and bags of panache. A glance around the room of gleaming muscle cars, bikes and workshop paraphernalia and you could well think you were on the Vegas strip.

The Tejano smoked beef brisket tacos were decidedly delicious: warm corn tortillas, filled with juicy beef and topped with a vegetable slaw, red chile creme and cilantro. It's even better when washed down with a Chrome Margarita ($10) from the extensive full bar.
