Many Utah stages

It’s a great weekend for theater, with "Good People" opening at Salt Lake Acting Company and Pygmalion Productions’ "The Twelve Dates of Christmas" opening at the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center. Also continuing at The Rose is Plan-B’s production of Eric Samuelsen’s "Nothing Personal." You’ve only got until Sunday to catch "Venus in Fur" at SLAC, where the two actors chemistry is sparking up the stage. Plus there’s buzz about town in the performances and script of Pioneer Theatre Company’s contemporary story about truth-telling, "Other Desert Cities."

"Good People" and "Venus in Fur" » Salt Lake Acting Company at 801-363-7522

"Twelve Dates" » Tickets at 801-355-2787
