Hot Dog! Johnnie Beefs moves to new location
Johnnie Beefs has moved into a regular restaurant space at 6913 S. 1300 East. That's about four blocks north of the Texaco gas station it has called home for several years.
The new restaurant will still specialize in Chicago-style hot dogs, said owner John Carrsquilla. However, he has expanded the menu to include hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, appetizers and shakes. The new restaurant also will stay open until 9 p.m.
