A new grassroots organization is forming in Salt Lake City that brings chefs, cooks and local food lovers together to improve the dining scene and to do good in the community.
A launch party for the Salt Lake City Kitchen Collective is Sunday, Oct. 27, from 7 to 9 p.m. at The Rose Establishment, 235 S. 400 West, Salt Lake City.
Anyone interested in participating can attend — you don't have to be a chef or restaurant employee to qualify.
The open house will include bites from area restaurants and non-alcoholic drinks. (There's an after party at the Bar X)
