"Food Court Wars" may be coming to Utah.
At least one local chef says he has been contacted by a scout for The Food Network about participating in the show’s second season.
The show, hosted by Tyler Florence, was launched this summer and ran for six-weeks in July and August.
During each episode, two teams of aspiring restaurant owners compete for their own food court restaurant worth $100,000. The two-person teams must participate in a series of challenges that test their menu and marketability. At the end of the episode, the team that makes the most money on opening day wins.
