Ho Mei BBQ might be the only place in the Salt Lake Valley offering Chinese barbecue with such frequency and variety six days a week and open till 11 most nights, too. Roasted pork is my favorite of the dozen options. The pork itself is a perfect cross section encompassing crispy, meaty and fatty all in one bite.
