Two Delicacy Combination: barbecue chicken and pork. Ho Mei is a self-styled ìauthentic Chinese food adventure,î offering Chinese barbecue, rice rolls, clay pot and more. Itís worth stepping outside your comfort zone and exploring the diverse menu.

$6.25 » Roasted pork
Ho Mei BBQ might be the only place in the Salt Lake Valley offering Chinese barbecue with such frequency and variety — six days a week and open till 11 most nights, too. Roasted pork is my favorite of the dozen options. The pork itself is a perfect cross section encompassing crispy, meaty and fatty all in one bite.
