Salt Lake City looked a bit like New York City on Saturday night as fashionistas gathered for The Runway — a free fall fashion event at The Gateway Mall.

The highlight was a fashion show featuring the newest clothing from local retailers and creations from three emerging Utah designers: Nephi Garcia, Ghiselle Larusso and Arron Ibara.

Those who arrived early were treated to free samples, styling tutorials and fashion tips.
