Lisa Polodori Young has been sending The Salt Lake Tribune a picture of her annual Lake Powell mosaic for years. The art is created using items she finds on the shore of Lake Powell during her family trips. The mallard duck she created this year was inspired by her love of Utah's marshlands and the wildlife found there. "The biggest obstacle to this art project was navigating all the sticker bushes growing on the beaches due to the low water conditions at the lake this year. Other than that, it was another enjoyable week-long Lake Powell vacation!," she wrote. Great work Lisa. Keep sending it our way. —
