Nothing signifies summer more than a juicy, ripe tomato. This salad features flavor-packed heirloom varieties along with a creamy burrata cheese — burrata means butter in Italian. Accentuated with basil oil and crunchy French green beans, it's the perfect salad to enjoy on the patio.
