Baa. Quack. Moo. It’s baby animal season at This is The Place Heritage Park.

Now through May 24, children can pet a lamb or hold a duck in the Petting Corral or stop by the stable for a pony ride.

In addition to the small animals, artisans will be demonstrating life in the 19th Century.

The park also offers train rides, crafts, games and other activities.

Hours » Monday-Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
