During the three-day event this weekend, there will be several food events, including a talk on raw foods (Friday at 8 p.m.), a healthy recipe contest (Friday at 5 p.m.), a Utah blogger cupcake bake off (Saturday at 2 p.m.) and a demonstration from the Viking Cooking School (Saturday at 6 p.m.).

Gardening consultant Joy Bossi will demonstrate how to grow fresh produce and herbs on Friday at 1:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., and Saturday at noon and 6:30 p.m.
And Steve and Katie Hatch, owners of Salt Lake City’s Hatch Family Chocolates and stars of TLC’s Little Chocolatiers, will demonstrate how to make their sweets on Saturday at 4 p.m.
