$30 » This dish, named after the vessel in which it is served, is sure to catch everyone’s eyes as it arrives at your table. The red-hot stone molcajete is layered with cheese, filled with tomato-chipotle sauce and topped with a bounty of grilled meats: chicken breast, pork, skirt steak, shrimp wrapped in bacon and even a couple of fresh shrimp. It’s enough for two people and comes with two side plates of rice and beans plus choice of corn or flour tortilla.
