Create What You Crave

The Leonardo’s new workshop series, create what You Crave, will start with Sous Vide Cooking. The class will explore the way heat is transferred to food, how food’s internal structure is changed in response to temperature and pressure and how to create your own sous vide cooking system. Katie Weinner and Michael Petralia will demonstrate the art and science, then you’ll have the opportunity to run your own delicious experiments and eat your creations.
