Sunset City Winter Fest

The Davis County Town of Sunset celebrates Groundhog Day with a chili cookoff beginning at 4 p.m. The guinea pig Sunset Sam makes his appearance at 5:15 p.m. to preict whether there will be six more weeks of winter.
