Documentary filmmaker R.J. Cutler (1993’s "The War Room,"2009’s "The September Issue") teams up with writer Greg Finton to present a full-on portrait of Dick Cheney, the powerful, controversial vice president who doesn’t apologize for anything, including his support of "enhanced interrogation" techniques, such as waterboarding. Cutler and crew received remarkable access, including 20 hours of interviews over five days.
