This drink, a combination of three liquors, is one of the cocktails featured on the Canyon Inn’s Pink menu, a list of specialty drinks created for female customers. It has a strong pineapple flavor with a hint of coconut, thanks to the addition of Malibu rum. Captain Morgan and peach schnapps add to the fruity flavor of the drink, which is garnished with a cherry and a lime wedge. A great choice for drinkers with a sweet tooth.
