Red Corner China Diner's salt-and-pepper fish entrée is so simple but so delicious. A fresh fillet of flaky white fish is dredged in cornstarch and seasoned flour before being lightly fried. This airy salt-and-peppery meal comes garnished with diced red and green bell peppers.
