Drink of the week: Irish coffee at Pig Pen Saloon

For maximum enjoyment of this drink, ski first, preferably on a sunny day, until you’re tired and hungry. Schuss your way over to Pig Pen Saloon from either the Payday or Crescent lifts at Park City Mountain Resort (just look for the large red and white BAR sign), take off your skis (there are stairs) and carve out an après-ski spot for yourself on the deck. Then order this drink, which contains Jameson whiskey, Bailey’s Irish Cream, coffee and whipped cream on top, accompanied by a burger and another Pig Pen’s Irish Coffee.
