$21 • Flora's New York strip steak showcases the restaurant's New American and Southwestern approach. A respectable cut of steak is cooked to temperature and finished with a jalapeño-maple-bourbon glaze. The steak comes atop a hearty portion of sweet potato puree with a side of seasonal vegetables.
