$4.75 a pint • The award-winning Cherny Bock Schwarzbier at Bohemian Brewery is a dark brew. Cherny means "black" in Czech, but don't be scared off by the color. You'll taste hints of coffee and chocolate, as a result of the dark roasted malt. For an Old World treat, order it with the goulash.

Bohemian Brewery • 94 E. 7200 South, Midvale; 801-566-5474. Open Monday–Sunday; 11 a.m. to midnight
