Hook Shot: 10-pound vampire trout

This 10-pound rainbow trout must be a vampire because Chris Koerth of Murray landed it while fishing with a blood leech fly pattern in Idaho back in early October. Koerth was fishing in Idaho and the 24-inch rainbow pulled line out twice to the backing on the reel before it was eventually landed and then released, according to Chris' dad, Ed, who sent in the photo. —
