Hook Shot - Big kokanee salmon from Flaming Gorge

Most, but not all of the salmon pictures appearing in the Hook Shot feature were taken in Alaska. Chris Rutkowski sent in this shot of his son, Caleb, with a 4-pound and 23-inch Kokanee salmon caught at Flaming Gorge this past summer during their annual fishing trip. Chris reports that the fish was the largest kokanee they have landed. They also managed several 3-pound Kokanee during their trip. —
