Drink of the week: The Red Door’s Martini L’Amour

This high-octane martini, created by The Red Door’s owner, Louise Hannig, is made with La Poire pear vodka, St. Germain elderflower liqueur, Grand Marnier orange-flavor brandy, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, orange and lemon zest. I have three martini staples at The Red Door that I always drink, but decided to think outside the box and ask Hannig for a recommendation. Now that I’ve tasted this zingy cocktail, which is a perfect combination of sweet and tart tastes, I’m adding a fourth drink to my list of favorites.
