President Obama will address the nation at 7 p.m. on the subject of Syria and it's being carried by, well, a lot of channels. The list includes CBS/Ch. 2, ABC/Ch. 4, NBC/Ch. 5, PBS/Ch. 7, Fox/Ch. 13, CNN, FBN, FNC and MSNBC.The cable news channels will spend (endless) hours analyzing what the president has to say, but the broadcast networks are planning to be in and out as quickly as possible. ABC, NBC and Fox have scheduled 15 minutes; CBS has scheduled 23 minutes.But be aware that this is pushing regular programming back across the schedule on the networks.Elsewhere on TV ...
