It's hard to give an unqualified endorsement to Under the Dome (9 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2) after seeing just one episode, because of the history of projects inspired by Stephen King books.A lot of them start out strong and end up in a big pile of disappointment. Which could still happen here.But the premiere of "Under the Dome" is intriguing. A small town is trapped under an invisible dome, and all sorts of small town secrets start bubbling to the surface.After seeing the first episode, I want to see more.
