Even before Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars (8 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4) crowns a champion tonight, this season has made history.For the first time in the series' 15-season history, all three finalists are women.Season 8 winner Shawn Johnson is the favorite, but winning this show is not about talent as much as it is about fanbase.
