Mondo Fine Art, an online gallery run by Mikell Stringham, is exhibiting the works of four artists at its spring "pop-up" show Thursday, May 17, at 7 p.m.

In "When Space Becomes Place," Adam Bateman, Monika Bravo, Stefan Hagen and Josh Winegar each offer a photographic commentary on spaces, whether landscape or architecture and exploring when a space evolves into a "place" — a destination, with meaning.

As a Web gallery, Mondo migrates to different venues, providing a one-night opening, with food, music and the artists on hand.

This time, the reception is at Light Spot, 2927 S. Highland Drive, Salt Lake City. RSVP to info@mondofineart.com
