On Saturday, May 5, there will be celebrations for Cinco de Mayo and the Kentucky Derby.

It runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Pacifica Institute of Utah, 363 W. 2720 South, in South Salt Lake.
Admission is free, but bring your wallet to sample the food and purchase unique craft items.
