The fifth annual "Art-Tell" art event — featuring an art competition and a storytelling contest — kicks off its weeklong run on Monday, April 16, in Brigham City.
The event, with this year’s theme "On the Edge," features the following events:

• An art competition, on exhibit at the Brigham City Fine Arts Center, 58 S. 100 West, from April 19-21 —with winners announced Saturday, April 21, at 8 p.m.
• A youth storytelling competition, for children from the first to 12th grade. Winners, chosen last week, will perform at events today through Wednesday at the Fine Arts Center and the Utah State University Brigham City campus.
• A gala dinner, set for Saturday, April 21. (Dinner tickets are $25 per person, or $45 per couple. Call 435-723-0740 for reservations.
