Stand-up comedian Marcus will present an evening of original comedy — humor from Twitter — on Thursday at the Trolley Square Wiseguys.

"Comedy may be for comedians, but Twitter is for everybody," said Marcus. "And some of the regular people I follow on Twitter are a hundred times funnier than some of the comedians I follow, so I wanted to give people an opportunity to come out and hear some of these people read some of their best Tweets live on stage."

He promises that this 18+ show will not only be "new and different, but also a great opportunity for some of these amazing Tweeters to get up on a stage and share their comedic talent for the first time."

And Marcus knows one of the Tweeters pretty well.

"I've actually talked my wife, who is one of the funniest people I know, into being part of this," he said.

Tickets are $10.
