If the slipper fits, wear it
Utah theater » Perry’s Heritage Theatre crafts a “Cinderella” straight from Rodgers & Hammerstein’s fairy-tale heart.

Everyone knows the immortal songwriting duo of Rodgers & Hammerstein for "Oklahoma!" and "Carousel." The sole time they wrote for television, however, resulted in their 1957 collaboration of "Cinderella."

It was a big hit, of course, not so much because the original fairy-tale plot was left alone, but because the music was radiant as ever, with songs such as "In My Own Little Corner," "Do I Love You Because You’re Beautiful?" and "When You’re Driving Through the Moonlight." Heritage Theatre presents its version of "Cinderella," cast in alternating roles with Kenzie Pace and Amy Carter in the title role, plus Jordan Tolman and Jake Holt as Prince Christopher.
