Tickets are priced at $18, $35, $45, $55 and $65, with a 20-percent discount for seniors, 2-for-1 tickets for children ages 12 and under, and $5 seats available in the Copper Section for Summit County students (K-12).

Here is a brief description of the show from a press release:

Like the 1958 film of the same name, "I Want to Live!," is based on the life of Barbara Graham, a murderer, prostitute, drug addict and the third woman executed in San Quentin’s gas chamber. Billed as a "death row revue," McKay and her band chronicle this dark story in song — with little dialogue weaving together the pieces. And the message of her performance isn’t lost to history. As a recent review in The New York Times put it, "’I Want to Live!’ combines McKay’s virtually unlimited gifts ... into a show that is much deeper than its surface might suggest ... In the most lighthearted way [the songs] evoke a heartless environment of social injustice in which people who fall through the cracks are invisible to everyone else."

McKay has won a Theatre World Award for her portrayal of Polly Peachum in Broadway’s "The Threepenny Opera" and performed on screen in "PS I Love You." Her music has also accompanied television shows such as "Grey’s Anatomy," "Boardwalk Empire" and "Late Show with David Letterman."

The George S. and Dolores Dore Eccles Center for the Performing Arts is at 1750 Kearns Blvd. in Park City.
