U. of U. faculty busts a move in UMFA exhibit

University of Utah Department of Art’s faculty is exhibiting 70 works, including art by Zuzanna Audette, Van Chu, Al Denyer, Holly K. Johnson, Lenka Konopasek, Kristina Lenzi, Beth Krensky and Jimmy Lucero.

These folks are the successors to U. of U. art greats Lee Green Richards, Alvin Gittins, LeConte Stewart, A.B. Wright and James Taylor Harwood­—who built the program since 1888.

The show is will hang through early May in the Utah Museum of Fine Arts first-floor galleries and Great Hall. The exhibition spans contemporary art and digital imaging to traditional work. More info: 801 581 7332 or visit www.umfa.utah.edu
