Talent pool: Growing your nose for ‘Pinocchio,’ plus the wallet-emptying joy of ‘Father of the Bride’

SCERA will hold auditions for its production of "My Son Pinocchio." Needed are actors, gymnasts, dancers, jugglers, stilt walkers and other talents. Come prepared to sing 16 bars of a Broadway song. Children 9 and younger will be cast only with an adult family member.

Hale Centre Theatre will audition for "Father of the Bride." Needed are men 20-50 and women 21-60, as well as teen boys and girls. Come prepared with a monologue from the script. Bring a photo and résumé.
