Start off your New Year’s Eve weekend with some local death-metal, courtesy of Kilby Court.

Dismemberment of Me, a Provo-based death-metal band, leads the bill on Friday, Dec. 30, at Kilby Court, 741 S. Kilby Court (330 West), Salt Lake City.

Also on the bill: Glass Houses, Summer in Alaska, Cherish the King and End the Eternity.

The show starts at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $7, at 24tix.com or at the door.
