Julie Sheehan owner of the Torta Truck displays one of her Torta Rustica, one of her signature dishes. Sheehan will be featured in the annual "What People Earn" salary report in PARADE magazine. The 45 year old earned $43,000 in 2010. She started out the year as a personal chef at a Utah fitness retreat. But part way through the year she was laid off. She began her food truck business in November. The Torta Truck serves paninis, salads and Italian and the pictured "torta rustica," a type of savory tart made with a buttery crust and filled with spinach, roasted vegetables and cheese.
