Christopher's Prime Steak House and Grill has opened a second location, 12300 S. 1300 East, Draper. It marks another big move by owner Christopher Patterson. Earlier this year, he moved his original restaurant to 134 W. Pierpont Ave., Salt Lake City. Both restaurants are open Monday to Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.; and Monday to Saturday, 4:30 to 10 p.m.
All-American fare in South Jordan
Fin & Norah's, a new restaurant in South Jordan, serves all-American fare. For breakfast, the menu includes pancakes, eggs, omelets and corned beef hash. For lunch and dinner, enjoy soup, salad, sandwiches, burgers, pizza or entrées such as meatloaf, halibut and prime rib. Prices from $6-$22. It is at 651 W. Jordan Parkway. Vanina Pirollo, a native of Italy, worked as a personal chef until she opened Cucina Vanina. The new Italian café and deli, at 1844 Fort Union Blvd., Cottonwood Heights, serves appetizers, pastas, salads, soups and panini. Prices from $5-$12.
