Salsa and the Jewish holiday of Sukkot come together Thursday, Sept. 23, at the I.J. and Jeanné Wagner Jewish Community Center, 2 N. Medical Drive, Salt Lake City. "Salsa in the Sukkah" starts at 6 p.m. Admission is $5 for JCC members, $7.50 for others. Decorate a Sukkah, a temporary dwelling used by the Israelites on their journey to Jerusalem, then enjoy a salsa sampling and salsa dance lessons. Guests should bring a picnic dinner.
