BYU football: Oakland Raiders sign ex-BYU linebacker Spencer Hadley
First Published Aug 06 2014 11:31 pm • Last Updated Aug 07 2014 11:40 pm

The Oakland Raiders signed former BYU linebacker and undrafted free agent Spencer Hadley on Wednesday. To make room for him and safety Larry Asante, the Raiders waived safety Shelton Johnson and Marshall McFadden.

The 6-foot-1, 227-pound Hadley spent time with the New Orleans Saints earlier this offseason. He had 36 tackles in six games during the 2013 seasons before suffering a season-ending knee injury.
