Next week, Fox's "So You Think You Can Dance" will show its recent auditions at Salt Lake City's Capitol Theatre.

But one Utah dancer couldn't wait for the show to come to her town.

On last night's season premiere, Amber Williams of Brigham City, Utah, wowed the judges at the San Francisco auditions. Here's a description of Williams' appearance, in a recap from HitFix's Liane Bonin Starr:

Amber Williams of Brigham City, Utah wants to dance her tusher off. Really, she said tusher. Anyway, Amber seems like one of those girls who was kind of annoying at your high school but who was a really, really ardent member of pep squad and came slightly unhinged at school sporting events. Toasty [Tyce D'Orio] thinks she's quirky and amazing. Toni [Redpath] loved her dance. Niles [Nigel Lythgoe] says she has a late '60s zaniness to her. She's going to Vegas. She grabs her ticket, freaks out, then runs onto the sidewalk outside. Barefooted. Get the girl some shoes! Who knows what's on the sidewalk there!
