When it rains, the commitments pour in, apparently.

Utah lost 28-27 to Washington State on drizzly Saturday at Rice-Eccles Stadium, but that did not sour some prospective student-athletes on the idea of spending four or five years in Salt Lake City.

After news of three commitments broke Tuesday, Wednesday morning saw Arizona offensive tackle Nick Carman tweet the following:

I've decided to commit to play football at the University of Utah next year! #GoUtes

— Nick Carman (@nick_carman5) October 1, 2014

Carman is rated three stars by Scout and two stars by Rivals. His Rivals page lists offers from Boise State, Utah State, Army, Air Force and UNLV, among others. We'll try to catch up with Nick later today.

Here are all players committed to the U., that The Tribune is aware of. Click each name for more.
