Utah State running back Rashad Hall is getting some media exposure this week, just not in the normal avenues for football player. Hall will be featured on this week's episode of Showdown of the Unbeatables on the National Geographic Channel. The episode will air Friday at 7 p.m. (MT). Hall, who redshirted in 2013, helped test the Personnel Vacuum Assisted Climber (PVAC), a product created by Utah State engineering students. The show features demonstrations of the PVAC competing against world champion rock climber Tori Allen. The system is designed for special operations force personnel to scale buildings or mountain faces. It was such a success that the group earned first place in a national competition. The design features three main components, a vacuum ascender, an adhesive anchor and a rope ascender. - Lya Wodraska
