Pressure on the quarterback.
If the key to beating Oregon State on Saturday night lies nowhere else, putting pressure on Sean Mannion is it.
Those are the words of Kyle Whittingham, who addressed the media on Wednesday night following practice at Rice-Eccles Stadium.
And it's not just getting pressure on Mannion, who's been one of the best quarterbacks in the Pac-12 through the first two weeks of the season. It's getting pressure with the defensive front four, without sacrificing coverage with the blitz.
"If we let him get comfortable in the pocket, he'll pick us apart," Whittingham said.
In the following video, Whittingham addresses that, and a number of different issues pertaining to Oregon State.
