Utes add commitment from Texas corner

The Utes added a corner to their 2013 recruiting class Sunday with Hipolito Corporan, a 6-foot-1, 172-pound corner out of Westside H.S. in Houston, Texas, committing to the Utes.
Corporan originally committed to Virginia, but switched to Utah due to some coaching changes at Virginia. He said he is solid with the Utes.
"I'm done with the recruiting process," he said. "I'm going to Utah."
Corporan visited Utah this weekend and said he got along well with the coaching staff. The deciding factor for him was the possibility he could play right away at corner.
"I'm aggressive and I am a cover corner, but I like to come down and tackle too," he said.
