So, Aaron Dotson just may be available for Utah's road trip through Texas this coming week.

The junior forward went through an intense workout before the Utes played on Friday against Central Michigan. He will do the same on Saturday before the Wright State contest, and he will return to practice on Monday.

At this point, he seems almost recovered from the stress fracture in his foot that caused him to miss a month of the season. If he can get through the next few days intact, he could play against SMU and Texas State.

He has been officially ruled out of the Wright State game.

"I think the training staff has done a wonderful job with Aaron," Krystkowiak said. "He has to get into the flow of things, but we'll practice him on Monday and see how he does."

Dotson was Utah's projected small forward before the season began. He is also one of the players counted on to do a lot of scoring.
