Utes paying top recruit a visit
Published on Jan 25, 2011 11:50AM
Recruiting is full speed ahead for the Utes this week. One receiver the Utes were after, Larry Scott out of Corona, Calif., has told Scout.com he is sticking with Oregon State and won't visit the Utes.
The one to keep tabs on today though is Devin Lucien, a 6-foot-1 receiver out of Encino, Calif., who is one of the best in the west, if you believe in ratings.
He is getting a visit tonight from Utah coach Kyle Whittingham and offensive coordinator Norm Chow.
Lucien was thought to be leaning toward UCLA, but with Chow now with the Utes, hopes are he'll end up in red instead of blue.
Let's just see what kind of swaying power Chow has.
